Distribution board refit with 30 mA type AC and A RCDs, full NF C 15-100 retrofit, RJ45 grade-3 pre-wiring, KNX or Loxone integration, IRVE EV chargers up to 22 kW. Refectis is RGE Electrical-certified — Vahan triggers CEE and MaPrimeRénov' on eligible items (chargers, smart control), and the mandatory Consuel sign-off is obtained at completion.
